Agreed my contact at the city said one thing he would say is he would hope there is a live feed from your phone to the guages. So if you are alerted the system has an issue you need a physical look at the guages eyes on site. If it has the capability of making changes from a remote setting with a live visual to adjust product into the systems it's a game changer. A 4 man crew per shift turns into 1. Like when they went to self feeding boilers no need for 10 guys shoveling coal.
