$ QBAN CEO Hello Michael. We are an Alternative Reporter / OTC Issuer. As such, we don't issue 8K's. We are not anticipating an update until anything reportable occurs. We are very conservative when it comes to releasing information, and will only do so if the news warrants disclosure. Currently we are dutifully working on expanding the Advanced Satellite business unit and will report when something occurs.
