I believe far too much emphasis is placed on charts and reading tweets. Charts mean almost nothing when it comes to the heavy handed manipulation from Market Makers in the OTC, and trying to read between the lines of each word, added or omitted, from each tweet can only serve to mislead your own self. Nothing material has changed in any legal document.. which is what matters.
