This is a nice summary. Let's think about it.
1- B already given to a lot of people. This is a BIG positive as you note. Given SAFELY to hundreds of people. They did not have corona virus(which is why I was wrong to think Trump would get it) and who knows about potential adverse effects...but a big plus agreed -
2-11,552 MOA stuff- who the heck knows. Maybe just the critical interaction to stop the virus and maybe worth nothing. Any biochemist would tell you they do not know. DeGrado(UCSF Pharma Chem) would tell you he does not know. Not even a clue-
3- 3 in 1. Sorry. Maybe key, maybe not. Antiinflamm dosing- tell me pls the selectivity index for this MOA. Having difficulty? That is because no one has the slightest clue. A total unknown. Also, BTW, unknown, if any impact above and beyond dexamethasone, which will be a part of any trial if the patients selected are very sick. Maybe they will not include such patients in a trial, for good reason. Where is the B/Dex in vitro data, like the B/Rem in vitro data? Hmmm.
4-3 in 1 again Please do not try to convince me that really sick potential trial patients will not be on antibiotics- they will. Every one of them(that is what doctors know how to do). So it remains to be seen.
Can they find their 120 patients not on antibiotics and not on steroids? Of course they can. Not the sickest patients, not at all. But these would be the patients who might benefit from B. So, let's say instead they are looking at 2 in 1: anti viral and anti inflammatory and admit that antibacterial effect = already very easily covered by every hospital in good old USA.
All the rest of your points- not bad, but let's see how B v C works in a trial of actual patients and not in a lab. That is ALL THAT WILL COUNT. Yes I like - very much - the B/Rem stuff(caveat: we have ZERO data....just like so much of what Leo touts, sad isn't it?)SO it all remains to be seen.

As I said I tend not to believe in miracles but hope to be wrong here. In fact I just picked up many thousands of more shares because I believe at least short term is optimistic .
