That’s odd don’t you think,from the last lawsuit it was proven the stock was issued correctly and paid for and that there wasn’t any fraud surrounding them.
That means an investor to the company will lose what they paid for on behalf of the company needing the financing.
Why will you and others be happy for a shareholder to be ripped off?

If this is the case it follows the same lines as have been created by the crooked BOD.
Who would want to invest in a public company if the BOD can rip off the investors if they don’t like them,no legal reason.
