Taipei wants to be independent but the rest of the world said no and so it's under china rule and all of the billboards, magazines, and television are censored by china.
as for how easy is it be a company there, just plop down $100 USD and your incorporated. You are now a official company of china.
you can buy a clone of anything, hard drives full of rip DVDs, software, watches, diamonds, etc. very corrupt place.
