The company's new GenViro!TM product designed to test for the Coronavirus Covid-19 is not yet available in the United States or Puerto Rico but Emergency Waivers have been submitted and are awaiting determination.

Is this emergency waiver reference related to the pre-eua submitted way back in March/April? Seems like one of the most recent previous PR's stated they would now submit the EUA application in the 4th quarter of this year. And, yes, technically it is the 4th quarter but there has been no announcement of such a submission in the last 5 days....so? More smoke than mirrors?
