When I spoke with Jeffery Beckett, he said something to the sort that his shares were also not trade-able. Not sure about the specifics, possibly certificates. I wonder how Clancys shares are held?

I did receive a text response from Sam, "Awaiting bridge funding and OTC"
Looks like there may be another acquisition in the works.
