I could be wrong but I don’t think he can take money for a product that is not yet being mass produced. Once they start running the line in China then he has an avenue to fulfill. What if China comes back and says it cannot be mass produced? He can’t exactly return that upfront money since he wouldn’t have it. I think he has a plan to raise the kick start money and he is executing. We will never know though because that is sensitive/protected information. We have seen the prototype now we need to see a shipment from China to know for sure that this is scalable. Then we can flood the purchase orders to drive the stock price.
