STANDING ORDER REGARDING NOTICE OF READINESS FOR SCHEDULING CONFERENCE IN PATENT CASES

In all patent cases pending before the undersigned, after all Defendants have responded to the initial pleadings (whether by Answer or Motion), the Parties are directed to meet-and-confer within seven (7) days of the last Answer or Motion to discuss any pre-Markman issues and the Parties shall jointly file the Case Readiness Status Report ("CRSR") in the format attached as Exhibit A promptly thereafter. by Loc....Now that is basically it, the court documents must be completed PRIOR any readiness conference call and when they do that it still doesn't mean jack too damn early. This is all I can do I did or do have software somewhere that straightens out these documents but I'm too damn old and health is my other issue to recall that stuff. Maybe someone else can help with presenting further documents in a professional manner it is just too hard for me to properly do as such.Heck! I still have software somewhere that will pull down entire websites and copy everything but those days are gone and no interest to monitor CEO's or sites that closely. It was fun years ago but just sitting at the computer if a task for me.
