There are two thing that I don't get. One is where the 160 million share dilution comes from when the price of the Apps acquisition is based on the next two years performance and the other is about Mrs. Mars. The way that I see it is, and please correct me if I'm wrong, when RXMD gets a new CEO and everything is integrated then we should see the stock price rise significantly. When they do uplist then you will see a greater rise in the price of the stock. So lets say within two years RXMD is at $1/share, so you would have to only issue 7.5 million shares not 160 million. Secondly, Mrs. Mars was a good CEO but like a lot of CEO's they come and go for various reasons. In 2019 over 1900 CEO's left their positions. She was an excellent spokesperson for the company no doubt. The stock ran up to the mid $.20's then back down to .05 then back up to around .10 this past May then back down to .04, so it is no different whether she is here or not.
