I actually called Fidelity Friday, the rep had no idea what I was talking about, and told me normally they receive something from the company first.

I explained everything to him and he suggested just printing signing and scanning the form, then sending it via their secure email. (By "form" I mean I copied and pasted the form from the PR into Word) I did all of this Friday, but then noticed sometime after COB the forms he mentioned DID come in. The secure email says to expect to hear back from them within two business days so that's tomorrow... sorry if this wasn't helpful since it is not complete, but I can certainly update tomorrow. Moral though is yes, definitely take it upon yourself to pursue this, if you want it....

Overall very nice trading today. Definitely not a continuation of Friday, but there was just no way to know if that would be the case. With a DA or other positive press, absolutely, but they kept quiet. IT WILL COME!! Friday was just a nice appetizer for the kind of money that will be flowing in shortly...
