1) Moved from greys to Pinks. Only one in a million ever gets out of greys. They did not go through all the hassle spend the money to move to pinks for nothing.
2) While this was still in the greys In 2018 KGC (taken over by Virtu Americas LLC) increased it's shareholding to 1,442,748 shares from 1,057,091 shares as per filings..why would they increase their stake in the company on the greys?
3) Float is under 9M. Almost unheard off in the OTC.

There are obviously big plans here. Something big in the works.It moves on air. Like i said before this will be over a dollar in a flash with any news.
