I know that "Sushi" does not want to talk about "Warrants" and believes Cel-Sci has more than enough money to carry forward:

With that said, I believe you might want to continue to at least think about the "W" Series expiring this month, October 28th, just a few more weeks at a price of $16.75. They might be "rolled down" and extended in expiration....or....not....not my job to be the warrant cop....just want you to be aware of it.

He has said that I'm foolish even bringing these up to discussion and also thinks TA is not helpful even when there is no news...he believes now that 12 to 14 will just be the case for the next several months....I guess he is super confident; I'm not, since I don't know any more than anyone else does....lol

We all know that Geert cut a deal raising $10 Mil with the old $19.75 roll down which would have "expired" on 5/28/2020...The adjusted strike of $13.75 came with an extension in TIME to 6/30/2020 and was NOT fully rolled into the new warrants. Along with "incentives" to exercise add'l warrants at $18 and $20 (no need to review those xx and yy series....since they both expired.

Note that the "announcement" of the roll down from $19.75 to $13.75 was not even mentioned prior to their 5/28/2020 expiration but rather almost a month later (6/30/2020).
