Who holds a stock for 13 years through 3 business models and crook after crook running the company and still believes its for real after watching the PPS dive below a penny. PMCB just sold a Billion shares at half a penny before submitting its IND why? If they thought it was going to be accepted then waiting and selling 250 million shares at .04 would have been better for shareholders no?
