No, you're thinking of the Outstanding Shares, which is 51.4M.

Ihub reports the float, that portion of the OS which is free-trading, to be 13.1M shares.

I think that figure is low by about half, but I yield to Ihub's technicals, which are likely more accurate than my estimates.
