There are two more groups of shareholders who will see Elite going from 7 cents to 1.35 is a big and successful investment. First, those shareholders who got in years ago at around 7 cents. Second, those who see same opportunity now to get in for the big ride to 1.35. So, moral of story is "Everything is relative"
