I don't think a tweet would drive volume since this does not seem to be overly driven by retail not already on board.

Issue is MM's will short and push the price down knowing they can cover with CFGN shares, however I don't think CFGN will be overly aggressive with selling since they have a small amount that has a "fixed" price, it was not deeply discounted shares, it was X amount of shares issued for X amount of compensation.
