You said you were submitting a grant that would use B for COVID but much more. So much more- you mentioned SARS and MERS and alpha and filoviruses as targets for brilacidin, and it all sounded so exciting ? Remember that sort of talk?

" I bought more shares in your company after I read all that. But that was 4 months back already. What is going on with the grant to study brilacidin and all those other viruses.

"30 and 60 days out I was not worried about a lie. But now after four whole months and you saying nothing, nothing at all- well what do you have to say?

"Are we just suckers? Why cain't you tell us the truth? I bought into your company and we deserve to know."

Others in the crowd shifted uneasily, as they recognized the plain truth of the man's words. So much was promised, and then abandoned.
