101 & kevhead : Both answers are incorrect. In order to raise the AS number, he has to change the Articles of Incorporation, which he has not done. He will have to post that on their Nv. page, and will not need a 8-K, but it will show up in subsequent OTC filings. Normally the next Q, but it could be added to something like a S-1. (Not saying one of those is coming.)

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
