no, it is definite. all suspensions last 10 days and 10 days only. when the suspension is over it will be eligible to trade on the grey market unless the company agrees to revocation first. a 10 day suspension is not some type of question period. the company has not been asked for a response, and none is required. 100% of all companies suspended for delinquency eventually get revoked. once a suspension happens it is then too late to become current.
