Agreed. I didn't want to burst anyone's bubble, but it was never plausible that Avaloq would find a tangentially related company, by way of Roth, and arrange for it to buy a shell so Avaloq could subsequently merge into it. That's not how things work. If Avaloq wanted to buy a shell they'd simply do it themselves.

The reason I was scouring the web for all those connections was to learn more about the company, it's assets/partners/sectors, and its potential for assorted opportunities through those connections. The most interesting conclusion from all my research, imo, was that Johannes M. Roth appears to be the majority stakeholder in FiveT Capital Holding AG, the company which now controls QUTR. Assuming that's the case, he's an important figure for us, for Sanostro (which does significant business with Avaloq and which FiveT Capital Holding AG owns the majority stake in judging from Sanostro's last ownership disclosure), and for Avaloq, where Roth is the CEO of Avaloq Ventures. I was also doing all that research as a part of an ongoing FUD-destroying mission.

The possibilities are many - looking forward to the PR to settle all of it!
