Rapz, it is a very unusual situation and difficult to explain. The shares have been "frozen" and basically are in limbo pending the outcome of the legal rangling. The shares are still outstanding, however no one "controls" them.

missy is just trying anything she can to get them, but she is at the end! When her last legal recourse is extinguished(she is right there), the shares will be canceled and removed from outstanding.
