Well, if these much sought after +1 things are to be reported to the IRS, when they leave my hands to somebody else, then Clem has a duty. All he has to do is furnish the price, at the date/time that I received any of those +1s.
If I am left to guess, then the price may have to be loosely based on the highest LAST since I first received a +1.

In any event, if the IRS wants to get involved with the +1s, then someone overseas had better come up with a little more detailed wallet history.

Or so a friend thinks...
