Warning on why I think this is a huge fraud and anyone investing in this is going to lose money.

I've had a friend tell me a couple of weeks ago that this stock is going to be huge and he is in for over 20k. He told me to get shares before its too late. Well, ive been doing my DD and this is what I'm thinking.

This is a good fraud! but I'm stumped on a couple of issues that I can't figure out and I'll list them later.

First lets start from the beginning....

Paso was originally a shell company called Blue Mountain Resources. Somehow they were into silver mining. That didn't "pan" out for them so they switched to the ticker symbol PASO somewhere in 2008. I quess that they a medical scam could be more profitable?

The main players in this scam are Bruce Weitzenberg and Joseph Gonzalez. You can view SEC filings that list them as being the CEO and director since 2008 with PASO. A brief background on Bruce Wietzenberg is that he has being arrested, at least once, and also sued numerous times for fraud. There are documents online that prove this.

But my question is, who is the real Joseph Gonzalez? If you look at his background on Linkedin, which is listed below, don't add up to any 10K filings that PASO has submitted. He has been listed as being a director since 2008! His Linkedin account only shows him as being an employee since 2017. Also, I find it very strange that the Joseph Gonzalez Linkedin in account doesn't show and profile image or show any connections.

So being a sceptic, I started digging into some of these companies that are listed on his resume. None of them have legitimate addresses or working phone numbers. I've called them all! I've even called all the directors numbers listed on PASO's 10-k filings. NONE WORK. THEY ARE ALL DEAD NUMBERS. Has anyone looked at the websites for any of these companies? They are all fake easy made sites. The only real site is the Transunion site. That is a real company.

My question is who is the real Joseph Gonzalez? Are there two? One real and one fake? Why would Transunion want to partner with a company that used to be into "silver mining"? Why would they need CLX health, another shell company, to do business with? Have you looked at their site? Another fake! https://clxhc.com/ Where are the addresses, phone numbers, employees, etc?

My guess is that all of these companies are shell companies pretending to work with each other in order to pump and dump their own stock. Beware people! Below this is an excerpt from a letter Trent Waddup, a lawyer representing PASO, sent in response to an inquiry that OTC Market Groups had about PASO being real or not..

"Based on the examination and inquiry as set forth above, I am of the opinion that the
Company is not presently, but may have been in the past, a “shell company” as that term is
defined in Rules 405 of the Securities Act of 1933 and 12b-2 of the Exchange Act of 1934.
Specific reference is made to the Form 10KSB filed by the Company's Predecessor with the SEC
for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2007 in which the Company reported that it was a shell
company as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act."
