Attention all new shareholders coming in this coming week on possibly perfect timing and for us shareholders that have been holding patiently, here are a few SNVP facts for all sorts of traders:

For the short term gains coming, most know that all custodianship plays run going into the court hearing, ours is Wednesday the 7th at 3pm.Yes SNVP has done that a few times already which bodes well for the point I just made, however this time is different. This time the uncertainty of it not being awarded to the new custodian is at a all time low since both parties are in agreement finally and the judge most likely has had enough of wasted court time.

Mr. Bertagnolli has had enough of the court stuff imo and most likely why he is in agreement with Mr. Sawant now. Mr. Sawant will probably pay for Mr. Bertagnolli's attorney so everyone can move on. Its certainly in Sawant's best interest and worth the small investment.

So, yes a pps run up to the court date for numerous reasons and then the next catalyst should be confirmation of the custodianship awarded. Where will these things take the pps... .005 or higher? then settle down until the RM process starts with many catalysts coming, fact is much higher then these levels. I suppose the RM process is ready as well since they had to go through the court delays.

Bottom-line is SNVP is a: Strong Buy at this price point!
