I don't give a rats @ss what the company is doing with regards to share structure and the awareness of Wessal.. this means absolutely nothing to the state the shareholders are in now.. the company tomorrow can change the share structure again and have our shares further into the toilet.. the awareness of Wessal just reminds me of how PV knew full well of his decision to sidestep them while hold the preached n publically stated AF completion.. the company is giving you breadcrumbs that mean NOTHING and you are saying thankyou.. pathetic.. i would also like to stress the hedge fund manipulation info.. yes i believe they had a hand in it just as my previous posts reflect.. BUT.. what all should remember is that it was the company itself or those that they listened to that released public statements on the current state of/progress at hand that distroyed this investment.. It was the company PV and SS that stated AF's in hand.. board reviewed.. and release date certain even with a reaffirmation just to pull it the last sec leaving shareholders
supportless for DAYS while they ran to hide behind laywers.. what i want to know is are the trustees the lawyers? becasue PV stated that the trustees were set up just for the purpose of selling of shares for those that wished not to have any liability.. kinda sounds like a premeditated murder.. kinda like they knew they were going to sell off shares regardless of PV ceo public statement of leaving the share structure alone in sept.. so do yourselfs a favor before you get burnt again.. ask the company WHO set up the trustees?.. When were they put in place? WHEN was Wessal notified of their dismissal? and WERE shares dumped from the company the last weeks prior to Nov 15 and WHAT quantity of the whole was it?..
