CAVU Resources, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a technology-driven real estate company working on expanding its footprint with the goal of becoming a regional, then national player in its industry. The company will leverage its connections with the country’s top builders to make its newly created Growing Together brand a huge success.

What is Growing Together?

In its current form, the Growing Together brand is a collection of highly innovative, sustainable, eco-friendly residences owned / built / and/or acquired by CAVU Resources. The unique differentiator of these residences is that they will come fitted with a (to-be patented) high-tech commercial-grade grow cabinet, capable of growing organic fruits and vegetables, and in legalized states, marijuana.

In its final form, Growing Together will be an all-encompassing lifestyle brand, targeting millennial and Gen X/Z families, that supports how people meet, live, and learn.

What companies make up CAVU Resources?

The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Sinacori Builders currently makes up its real estate arm. From Sinacori Builders revenue alone, CAVR is on track to finish 2020 with $11,000,000+ in revenue, and $13,000,000+ in revenue in the next 3-6 months.

The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary kushAmerica currently makes up its technology arm. kushAmerica owns kushAmerica.com (a cannapreneur accelerator and new product marketplace) as well as SoKu, a social app launching in 2021.




CAVU Resources has not always been so successful. In fact, up until April 2019, the company had been lying dead for years because of previous management’s failures.

Bio: Also known as Blue Cheeze, Aaron is an in house producer of Ear Drummer Records and is currently working with artists such as Katy Perry, Rae Sremmurd, Rick Ross, Miley Cyrus and many others. He has created a path and has attracted a plethora of industry leading music artists to assist in the launch and exposing Soku to millions of followers. At the time of this writing, Blue Cheeze produced the #2 downloaded hip hop / rap song “Falling Down” featuring Lil Peep and XXXtenacion.
Blue Cheeze was one of the producers of Lil Wayne’s Funeral album, which topped the Billboard chart earlier this year
