Johan and I have played telephone tag and I must confess that the time zone difference is difficult. He has been super diligent in trying to contact me with several telephone calls. I am encouraged and there appears again to be a genuine effort to contact. Everyone has a life so I understand the effort that this all takes. I hope for a good outcome for everyone, but yes, it does take work and time.
