I didn't say Desmarais objected to his own plan, I said he objected to the company's plan. And, yes, he'll get 100M shares if the company wins their lawsuit and severs the lien against the assets for part of the debt they owe him.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
