Possibly. Or, they didn't get permission from PCT Europe to disclose it.

As someone else pointed out, PCT Europe could be negotiating with a big German buyer, for all we know.

Usually, it is for competitive reasons.

It could be a sweet deal anyway, for PCT Europe. Especially if PCTL will own a large stake, which we don't know.

We just need to know what a machine costs on average. An indication. We need to know something about monthly service fees and royalties. And that is the problem here. We know nothing.

They could disclose the contracts and blank out the exact numbers or percentages. Perhaps an idea.
