It will be a 500-1 if SP is .02
Otherwise 1000-1 if SP is .01

I could be wrong... this also depends on if there will be a buyback of shares.

But with 4.91B O/S.. I can’t see this going above .01

.01 will put the company value around $50M which is a safer number looking at Q-3 numbers.
