Zeppoli Holdings Trust LLC is a major shareholder in the recent BWI and Pharma merger. Holding companies are often used to conceal individuals. The holding company was setup by Peter Berkman who also helped Joe setup UPPR. Joe was mentioned in prior SEC documents related to the BWI and Pharma merger. Now that the merger has been consummated Joe’s name has disappeared and suddenly Zeppoli Holdings appears with a large equity stake! With Joe in the middle of litigation with the SEC it wouldn’t look good to have his name attached to a new IPO but nobody would be the wiser with a holding company! Just a thought for others to dig deeper into.
