That's what she was told. Doesn't matter what DA says anymore. His actions speak louder and are in fact, a fact. Dionne Warwick even sang the song Promises, Promises. I know DA wanted to be a singer at one time. Maybe he is copying Dionne's song with Promises, Promises.
BRAV should have stayed current, and can't even seem to do that now for but a few days without going from Stop to Yield and back to Stop again. Those are in fact DA's actions.
