If SRAX is getting 88.9% of the shares (747 million), would that then mean that there's only 93 million available shares for anyone else who wishes to buy in? (Pre reverse split, of course).
I have to wonder, why would SRAX agree to take these shares only to have fpvd do a reverse split? What sense does this make?
