Current company stake in Fvndit/eloan is 20%
CEO is aiming for controlling interest.
This will not only boost shareholders value but CEO also stated eloan under assets will help as leveraged for negotiating new deals and will fulfill uplisting requirements.

*2 GOLD Acquisition on the table. One will be doing $700M annually with capital from VMNT and the other, $360M annually. Both deals are being under review and negotiation.
