It’s true I have been disappointed in the lack of hands on supervision by our management



They're spread thin as is; not to mention no one has brought up that they have families and personal issues to tend to.

If either Kim or Jon get the flu (for example), it's one man running the show, as a two-man show..

Come to think of it, even though there are presently two people in management, Kim delegates and is literally running the show; hopefully not into the ground.

I've never claimed to have all the answers but feel i'm beginning to corner the market in questions worthy of them.
