CTPartners Executive Search Inc (CTPR)

Not sure if they do anything anymore. They used to be an executive search firm (ie. recruiter/headhunter). But according to filings (https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ctpr/disclosure), they were supposed to be acquired by another company but it fell through. Then they received default notices for inability to pay back loans and ceased operations. Eventually they had to delist from the NYSE.

Out of all the stuff that moved from grey to pink today, this one stood out to me the most because:
1) former big board company
2) no reverse split history that I know of
3) authorized shares of only 15m and outstanding shares of only 8.7m.
4) highest volume ever on a single day was only about 4m shares.

Going by the trading today, it ran a bunch in the morning, but by end of day, it was whacked down to about 1/3 to 1/2 a penny.

If it comes out with some filings or a custodian takes over, it could be worth huge.
