The new company wouldn't be "buying" their shares in the open market. FPVD would issue shares to SRAX per terms of exchange.

Now... "insiders" is a different calculus. You KNOW there are plenty of people who know what's going to happen. There's a reason why this ship didn't sink today... we're all just cargo waiting to find a port. (sorry for the tortured metaphor)
