Yes Poe is friends with Bill. Poe told me that himself and another shareholder told me that Bill may of been friends with Poe senior. I'm not 100 percent on that but that's what my private message says on facebook

I just looked that shareholder claims allegedly that Poe senior used to be Bills stockbroker. He said these stocks are interconnected.
