Nice try but that does not apply here. They are a reporting company, not a shell company, and they clearly state this in their filings. They have the right to issue the opinion letters. Soon they will flood the market with the 177 million shares issued August 15th. They still may have to deal with Anastasia's free trading 14.8m shares.
