I dont like scammers, but this is a fact check. I called the leasing company number off the billboard by the side of the freeway next to the building. If you google address and move it towards the freeway portion you see the sign.phone number is there to call for info. I did that last month and spoke to the agent. He confirmed to me Imperium is leasing the suite. All I needed to know. Now leasing can mean a contract with a business and signatures. We will have to wait till until cars arrive. If they don't then it was all a scam and all the they gave to do is cancel lease after 6 months.
