Wrong, if this company gets out of bankruptcy and they begin trading under a new ticker, we are all screwed. They don't have to issue any shares to the old shareholders and they probably won't because that's like giving charity.

Just happened with DNRCQ when they emerged from bankruptcy as DEN. New ticker, new share structure, only gave the old shareholders series B warrants which ended up being worth 1/4 of the closing share price of the old ticker and wasn't even tradeable for over a week.
