Nice catch rh, from the orignal pr:

"Propalms is seeking to raise approximately $5 million of new funds (net of expenses), by means of a placing of new shares to institutional investors. Big Apple Communications inc. is acting as Propalms Nominated Adviser and Broker. The IPO is expected to be completed by the end of December 2006."
