Let’s review a few things here. The tone of this board has completely changed this past year. Long term holders have turned negative and even some have sold their stock. Let’s look at this from the other side. First, what has changed? Well, the timeline for things has been pushed back, some perhaps our fault, some not. We are actually closer to some sort of approval than we were 6 months ago. Also, you talk about NP and his money greed. How do you think I felt when Tim Cook with Apple is going to get a billion dollars? Ok, what’s NP worth? I have no idea what he’s worth but don’t get hung up on the number. Wall Street is full of these deals. I voted against it.
We’ve formed a scientific advisory board that rivals any company to explore the uses of Leronlimab. Groundwork has been laid for studies on other uses and some look promising.

Stocks can act funny sometimes and we wouldn’t be hearing all this if we were at $10. But we’re not. At least just yet. Don’t get so hung up on one application for its use. There will be other disappointments.
We have the product, the funding, and hopefully management that has learned a valuable lesson.
Is there better people than NP to run this company? Sure, but by the time we hire someone and they get a feel for the company another year will pass. I still say give him one more year and let the process work. This talk about a shareholder suit is complete fantasy. Good luck on that one.

If you were trying to get rich quickly we’ll guess what? It didn’t work out that way. But over time you will do very well. Bad management abounds on Wall Street. What do you think Mark Zuckerberg knew about managing a trillion dollar company? Nothing is the right answer. He surrounded himself with great people and so has NP.
Want to complain about money? Zuckerberg’s net worth approaches $100 billion.
