A reverse split would only affect the OS count and there is no possible way they could sell a trillion shares, even at .0001. It would take a thousand trading days of selling 1,000,000,000 shares a day, every day. They would be extremely hard pressed to get to 20 billion os, traders would give up long before reaching that. Why put out a filing with such outrageous numbers like that knowing the panic it will create if their goal is to dilute the $hit out of this. They already have a 20 billion AS which is plenty of room to dilute up to and then reverse split. They could have diluted their way up to that trying to hide it from investors as long as possible, then after that raise it 50 billion for instance. But 1 trillion is just too crazy to be taken seriously. Something here just does not make sense.
