I over the PANIC...Read this and wake up....

IF THEY REVERSE SPLIT the Stock

841,184,289 O/S ÷ 1,000,000 = 871 Shares Outstanding NOT HAPPENING

841,184,289 O/S ÷ 100,000 = 8,711 Shares Outstanding NIT HAPPENING

841,184,289 O/S ÷ 10,000 = 87,111 Shares Outstanding POSSIBLY, But not Feasible

841,184,289 O/S ÷ 1,000 = 871,000 shares Outstanding. Seems likely but read the following.

Please sell me your shares...

This is not a two bit R/S for the sake of paying down a high share structure due to Convertible debt, this is a REVERSE MERGER with a Nasdaq Company.
