I've found that the easiest way to deal with transfers is to go to your bank and fill out a short form with account numbers and your signature and then if you want to wire transfer in the future you just call the bank. I do this from time to time and I don't have to physically go to the bank. Takes about 3 hours for the funds to be in my account and ready for any stock.
