1.4 milly dump? conveys a negative
1.4 milly whale? conveys a positive

It was a 1.4m avg trade, meaning a mm was tasked to buy/sell a certain amount. Once complete the volume is reported as the average sp.

Not a dump, not a whale, simply multiple trades to satisfy a client.
