Under a normal clinical double-blinded trial I would agree that Dr. Javitts would not know anything until the trial was completed (unless an adverse effect would cause the trial to come to an end.


But my issue with that normal circumstance fact is that we are in the middle of what some call a pandemic. So someone has to be working closely with the hospitals conducting the treatments so as to get daily information. Normally the trial would run its course and top line results would then be compiled and issued. But these are not normal ordinary times.
